Before founding her company, Teresa spent over 20 years working with top executives in corporate America and noticed something surprising: these powerful individuals often doubted themselves and their place.

Intrigued, she delved into studying why “imposter syndrome” happens and developed techniques to tame it. 82% of people experience imposter syndrome at some point. It’s one of the key barriers that limit people’s success. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Teresa has integrated this deep expertise into the other leadership and organization effectiveness methodologies, helping thousands whether through her book, speaking, coaching, or consulting. She’s on a mission to empower leaders to become confident, build effective teams, and foster healthy cultures.

Before publishing her book and launching her firm, she had a successful 25-year career with global corporate experience as an executive at companies like Intel, Capital One, Cargill, and UnitedHealth Group. She has dedicated her career to supporting and building effective leaders and helping top organizations identify, develop, and select their next top executives. Her holistic approach allows people to see themselves and their talents in a clear light and focus on the most important elements of their leadership journey.

From humble beginnings in Downtown Milwaukee, to an early career at Intel, to now owning her own business, Teresa has a unique perspective that resonates with audiences.
